Leadership

Through great leadership opportunities, I have been able to enhance my people skills and learn from my peers. As a leader at work and school, I have learned to adapt to various team dynamics by working with members of diverse backgrounds. Being approachable and personable are some of the many qualities that has helped me to connect and build stronger relationships with my members to ensure we get quality project deliverance. I continue to become a stronger leader by being proactive at my internships and my current roles as I grow along side my peers.
